The 2006 year was an incredible time for many in real estate. Home prices were still good and many sales took place in many markets. Some places saw some challenges, and signs of trouble are on the horizon. With the challenges in the real estate housing and lending industry, many buyers are hesitating and home prices are stagnating for many sellers. It’s still a seemingly good time to buy or sell, depending on where you are at and your current situation. The job market is still doing well, and many things are ok, but trouble might be on the way.

Be sure that you have a good strategy and think through any purchase or sale you have, and be wise to hold on to your job (income) during the next season we’re in. If you can find some properties to buy and make some positive income/cash flow on now, it could be in your best interest to do so.

I want to also say happy birthday to my mom, and thank her for all the good things she’s done and continues to do for me. God bless you and I pray that you all have a great rest of the year!
